Craig Duos

Craig Duos

Craig Duos has over 21 years of experience in Civil Engineering and has a diverse knowledge of research, design, and consulting through the broad range of positions he has held over his professional career. Mr. Duos has worked and consulted on a broad range of project for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development in various positions such as designer, consultant, and expert witness. His 21 year career has consisted of nine (9) years with the state at Louisiana Transportation Research Center (LTRC) and twelve (12) years in the private sector. His areas of experience include:

  • Slab on grade and pile supported conventionally reinforced and post-tensioned concrete foundations
  • Structural evaluation and design of bridges, roadways, and residential/commercial structures
  • Quality assurance and quality control administration for LADOTD interstate highway projects
  • Commercial swimming pool design and analysis
  • Design and administration of an off system bridge for Lafayette Consolidated Government
  • Wind load analysis and design of new and existing structures
  • Drainage impact studies/wetland mitigation
  • Project construction administration on City Parish projects
  • Development and implementation of portland cement concrete and asphalt pavement certification training programs for Lafayette Consolidated Government

 

Michael LeBas

Michael LeBas

Michael LeBas graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1984 from Louisiana State University. Since then, his professional services have included the design and construction management of public and private sector engineering projects including roadways, parking lots, storm drainage systems, sewer systems, and civil/site development projects. Mr. LeBas’ responsibilities in civil engineering related projects include construction document development for plans and specifications, project management and coordination, client liaison, and construction management. His abilities have been utilized in the state, municipal, and parish levels of government, as well as, educational institutions and the private sector. His areas of experience include:

  • Structural inspection of residential and commercial projects
  • Project management for governmental and private projects
  • Quality assurance/quality control inspector
  • Design and construction administration of civil engineering related projects
  • Expert witness testimony in legal matters

Robert Lee

Robert Lee

Robert Lee has over 23 years of experience in Civil Engineering and has significant knowledge in the design and construction of post-tensioned/pre-stressed concrete structures, steel design, and hydraulics design for commercial and residential applications. Additionally, he has designed and overseen the construction of a broad range of shallow and deep foundations in Southern Louisiana, Mississippi and Florida. Robert is a member of Chi Epsilon (National Civil Engineering Honor Society) and Tau Beta Pi (National Engineering Honor Society). Some of his areas of experience include:

  • Shallow and deep conventionally reinforced and post-tensioned concrete foundations
  • Structural evaluations of existing structures
  • Structural design of steel/timber/concrete structures for both commercial, residential and industrial purposes
  • Reinforced concrete retaining wall/abutment design
  • Wind load analysis and resistance design of existing and new structures

Ryan Dunlevy

Ryan Dunlevy

Ryan Dunlevy has approximately 3 years of experience in civil and structural engineering. During his service at Southeast Engineers, he has provided design and construction document development on civil and structural projects. Typical project responsibilities include the following:

  • Finite element analysis for timber, steel and concrete structures for both commercial and industrial application
  • LRFD steel design of industrial facilities for overhead shop crane applications
  • Post Tensioned and conventionally reinforced concrete foundation design
  • Hydraulic and water treatment design of commercial aquatic venues for Department of Health and Hospitals permitting
  • Hydraulic analysis and civil site design for drainage impact studies
  • Floodplain mitigation
  • Assistant project management of City Parish commercial projects
  • Wind load analysis of existing and new structures
  • Commercial and residential structural investigation
  • Reinforced concrete retaining wall design
  • Subsurface and surface civil site design
  • Geometric layout of deceleration lanes and turning lanes for LADOTD approval
